if in her previous show sasha explored the theme of stress, this time the focus is on its opposite – rest, slowing down, and calm.

how do you take care of yourself when the world around you is falling apart? how do you balance survival and rest? how do you keep from exploding under pressure? how do you stay calm when your life is unstable? how do you accept yourself when the world around you doesn’t?

sasha asks these questions (to herself and to us) searching for answers and inviting us to join this intriguing and hilarious exploration, while also talking about migration, gender, sexuality, politics, language, growing up, and of course… fruit flies!

The show will be held entirely in English.
